- Colombia is a country that in recent years has increased its editorial production, supported by national policies. An example of this development can be viewed at the college and academic publishers, followed by the evolution of the universities and high education institutions since the last decade. The present research shows a comprehensive overview of these publishers, giving emphasis on the editorial policies, and the relationship between the university and the academic research.
