- Bibliography of Polish Geography on the Internet – 10 years of experience. This paper is an overview of the creation of a database, which helps to accelerate the process of building and expanding the informational base present in printed bibliography and to generate the annual index of the Polish Academy of Sciences' Institute's of Geography and Spatial Organisation's staff publications. Moreover the paper presents the current structure of the database, the development of the online interface, applied language of browsing and authorial tools to control the data. It discusses the reasons of delays in indexing, solutions to that problem and the base perspectives. Nowadays the database contains the data from the last 19 years and is regarded as a valuable source of information about Earth and Environment Protection Science. The base is also used in teaching and in promoting Polish geographers' scientific publications. Moreover, the bibliographic catalogue (http://www.cbgios.pan.pl/bazy/bgp/english.html) is a part of the online Central Library of Geography and Environmental Protection's PAS catalogues.
