Daftar Isi:
- The bibliographic control is defined as the whole of research, identification, acquisition, cataloguing, management, and valorisation of documental resources of a library; it is the focus of the library activities and of the services to users; bibliographic control is "the mirror of the culture of a country". For these reasons, bibliographic control has a theorical, a technical, and a political dimension. A National Bibliography reaches its aims only if it can take a census of the kind of materials: paper and digital resources published into the Country, such as open access resources and those used with an end user licence. The bibliographic control is the top of rationalism and of scientific approach to library science.
