- The world is changing and the Library changed and with him their services changed too. The parliamentary libraries has not escaped in this constant and deep transformation. In this opportunity that has given me the Parlamento Vasco* we will examine in first place some factors that have motivated this evolution; in a second place, we will analyze how the new technologies have influenced in the library ; in third place, we will go explain where goes to and how should the Parliamentary Libraries be, specially about the cooperation among all the libraries. Finally, as conclusion, we will make mention to the great challenges for the parliamentary libraries around the world in the XXI century.
