  • We must put in the center of the debate on ethics librarian to Information law. This is framed within the theory of Human Rights, and it relates to existing conceptions about the relationship between the librarian and the user and the social factors that affect the society-link library. Details some of the rights of library users and to integrate the right to information and are discussed in the context of the information chain or circuit. Have been considered for analysis, international instruments that enshrine human rights, the Library Bill of Rights of the ALA and its interpretations, as well as literature on various aspects of the treatment of information and controversial or sensitive material.
