  • This research presents the process carried out for the design, implementation and evaluation of a formative proposal in teaching literacy Informational mediated by a virtual learning environment, as a pilot course to students of the Inter-American School Librarianship at the University of Antioquia. To achieve the development of this pilot continue the different phases that implies the instructional model PR-ADDIE, having as the theoretical and conceptual framework: the different positions regarding the Information Literacy (INFOLIT) as concept, before which this investigation presents a proposal of definition, the different models of behavior informational and an integrative proposal of the same, and likewise for the case of the models, norms-standard of Information Literacy. As framework contextual, is a compilation and analysis of 35 Web sites or platforms on which at different places in the world are developing successful programs of Information Literacy. All this process is interrelated in a cross way with them contribute theoreticians and methodological that implies to assume as guide for this investigation the Activity Theory and the Action Mediated.
