- The paper presents the results of a study from the perception that they were users of the services provided in the libraries of the 18 Centros de Maestros located in the Mexico City. To that end, was carried out a qualitative assessment through the application of a questionnaire based on LIBQUAL and monitoring of furniture, equipment and spaces with the rules CONPAB-IES. The results allow to understand the perception of users regarding the quality of library services contrasts with the necessary requirements that an academic library should cover.
