- Present the results of a survey realized in 2006 among the municipalities of the Nuevo León State, concerning the condition of this files. Of 51 municipalities, 27 answered to the same one, and from this answers one derives that there is tried the archives material, which counts itself with little space for the same ones in the dependences, which in general possess a computer support, and the human resources involcurados do not have a specific preparation for the played function.
