- The present work has as aim explain the carried out process to support in the reconstruction of the public Libraries of Tabasco's State, at least 60 of which remained damaged by big floods in that entity in November 2007. In the design and development of the above mentioned campaign there took part librarians of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey, of the UANL, of the UDEM, and of the Universidad Regiomontana, in conjunction with AMBAC Nuevo León. The process of planning is analyzed, the execution of the campaign in your diverse instances (institutional, professional, mediatic and communitarian), and the different factors that came together to give success the same, coming near (and passing) of the goal established of gathering 15.000 volumes in good conditions of use to donating to the public libraries of that entity. On the other hand the difficulties and opposing restrictions make clear, that they did not make possible the massive compilation of other helps (furniture and equipments) for the same libraries.
