- The conference contribution „The open e-print archive E-LIS invites Czech authors too“ presents the international e-print archive with open access ELIS (E-Prints in Library and Information Science) covering library and information science field. Current purposes, functions, entry processes of self-archiving, and especially its information outputs and services are characterized. Its 3-years operation, digital collection growth, benefits and problems of participation for authors-scientists are evaluated. At the same time, the presentation is an invitation to participation for authors from the Czech Republic.
