- In order that the public libraries are a place for all we cannot forget to the minorities. In opposite case, we traverse the risk that our services stop out what actually(indeed) is a "immense minority": immigrants, gypsies, transsexuals, lesbians, gays, economically disadvantaged, disabled sectors ... it is not a question of creating only services for a concrete group of users but to contacting different realities and to creating social fabric.
