- The present article aims to show the current state of the services offered by the city Councils of the Region of Murcia through their web sites. In order to do this, we defined firstly a series of basic services that the local entities should offer to their citizens through Internet. Secondly, an evaluation of these services was carried out, following the guidelines settled down in the e-Europe 2002 Action Plan.
