- Libraries play an informative role. In this report we analize library information services, as well as the characteristics of the staff in charge of them, and the infraestructure needed for a good practice. The stock necessary for this activity, and the whole process undertaken to resolve users' enquiries, are also dealt with. Finally, the main principles related to Reference Services' evaluation are considered.
