- This report (InfoPrat: Project for an information service for the community (made on the basis of the Public Library Antoni Martí of the municipality Prat de Llobregat, Catalunia, Spain)) has emerged from an empirical research which shows evidence for the research of planification of research that helps to open the road in the analysis of the information needs of citizens of a given municipality (or local government territoriality) for the implementation of a solid information service of local information or community information in our public libraries. The report also seeks through results to favour the implementation of a local/community information service capable of place the Public Library Antoni Martín of the municipality of Prat de Llobregat of Catalunia, Spain as a preeminent local information centre for this municipality.
