- The decree, emanated in realization of the directive 2001/29/CE of the European Parliament, modifies the Italian copyright law (n. 633/1941). The new elements introduced by the decree concern the rights of reproduction and distribution of works, the rights on the recorded works on supports, the rights of the interpreters and performers, the fines and the remunerations, the free use of the works.
