- The paper presents conditions for the acquisition and circulation of digital objects in European repositories, which declare the use of the Open Access model. Special attention has been paid to legal solutions that apply to the access to content, including licensing rules e.g. license agreements and Creative Commons licenses. Another place is devoted to open access journals analysis, which means access conditions and the author-publisher relations model.
