  • At present, organizations are facing market conditions very different from those of the past. The changes in the setting are very fast, the cycle of innovation is shorter, and new technologies are very important. In a turbulent setting, only the organizations with a higher capacity to adapt themselves to the new realities will have the opportunity to be continuously successful and survive. In these new setting, the continuous learning of the organization is fundamental, and the learning and organizational concepts developed by Senge are highly significant and topical . A brief review of the bibliography available on organizational learning is made, and reference models and scales are referrred to.
