- The presentation deals about the matter of the digital preservation and raising the awareness about it. It presents a series of initiatives to create a cooperation and dissemination network for the digital preservation, and goes on suggesting important subjects such as the professional training, the coordination of the activities on the repositories with the help of DRAMBORA, a self-audit tool (Digital Repositories Audit Method Based on Risk Assessment), the integration between industry and research, the preservation research roadmap and cooperation projects, all included into an European setting.
