- When we created accessible Web sites allows a better communication with all the possible visitors. Part of the concept of accessibility understood like the access to the information contained in the Web sites without limitation some because of deficiency, physical handicap or used technology. A preliminary study has been made in which has evaluated the accessibility of the pages Web of patients associations in Spain in the following levels: national, autonomic, provincial and local. The analysis has been based on the "Directives of Accessibility to the content of Web 1,0", developed in the context of the Initiative of Accesibilidad Web (WAI) of Consorcio World Wide Web (W3C) and in the use of automatic analyzer online TAW (Test of Accessibility Web). The main findings of the study appear as well as recommendations to improve the accessibility to the Web sites study object.
