- Reflection article about the technologies of the social web applied to the libraries. The author analyzes the relationship of the libraries with the electronic resources, establishing three types of attitudes: passive libraries, active libraries and interactive libraries. The services of the social web are classified in ten categories. The article also develops ten applications of these services in the libraries. The author analyzes the aspects that it is necessary to keep in mind for the planning of a service of the web 2.0 in a library. A library that uses the technologies 2.0 will be a S.O.C.I.A.L. library.
