- The IRPPS (Istituto di Ricerca sulla Popolazione e le Politiche Sociali) Library, established in 1981, through his acquisitions policy, has become, from a demographic subject library, a library with high specialized collections in the statistic studies. Semantic access follows a modified scheme of Population Index. In the framework of a co-operation with ISTI Library catalogue automation, and his network availability are managed through the sw LIBERO (Infologic s.r.l.). ISTI has realized data transfer from ISIS, UNIMARC mapping, client installation and personnel training.
