- From the beginnings of science to the present, collaboration has been an intrinsic phenomenon of scientific activities. The communication between the members of the research community becomes an essential fact for the maintenance and renovation of the scientific structures. With this work a study from quantitative data of the scientific production of international visibility of the Community of Madrid in period 1995-2003, with data gathered in the Web of Science, of three classes ANEP: Physiology and Pharmacology, Cellular, Molecular and Genetic Biology, and Medicine. Our porpuse it ́s determinate the existence of networks of collaboration between the University, the Administration and the Enterprisesin the region of Madrid. We also describe the relations that settle down between the three sectors in the region and its evolution throughout the time or based on the studied scientifics fields.
