- This is a third report of a four series, corresponding to the Project “Improvement and Development of the Information Services and Libraries - Program of Improvement of the Quality of Education in the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (Argentina)”. Project initiated in 1997. In this third report, the organizational change in the Library System of the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa is exposed. The activities developed by the members of the libraries in the Problem Solving Workshop are described. The guide used for the practical works is included. The profile and some characteristics of the Project “Reorganization Users Services of the Library System” is presented.
