- This is a second report of a four series, corresponding to the Project “Improvement and Development of the Information Services and Libraries - Program of Improvement of the Quality of Education in the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (Argentina)”. Project initiated in 1997. In this second report, some characteristics of the Librarian Education Program are described. The principal objective of the program is to train the librarians in marketing techniques and management theory.
