- In this paper (An aproximation to the copyright and its impact on libraries, archives, and information centres in the Mexican context) are shown the conclusions of an analysis of the 2003 updated Mexican Copyright Law; from the perspective of the implications that this bill for the library and information and documentation services being served to library and information centres users. Some of the features of this bill are presented and described which were found as counterproductive for the optimal use of information by the Mexican society, represented in this study by the users of libraries, archives, and information and documentation centres.
