- This presentation introduces basic concepts of the Performance Measurement Model (Balanced ScoreCard) developed in 1990 by David Norton and Robert Kaplan. The model is located inside in the strategic administration according to the optics of Arthur Thompson. The balanced scorecard suggests that we view the organization from four perspectives. An example of the library ́s activity is included. The case of the Library Deakin University Geelong - Australia is exposed.
