- If the increase of the female presence on the labor market marked time for important progress in terms of equal opportunities, it highlighted at the same time the need to reexamine occupational and prevention politics and practices. This is the result of recent investigations, of the program papers worked out by international organizations and of the information included in different projects including a type perspective. The spread of the information on the elaboration in progress, both practical and theorical, becomes a basic tool to diffuse the results and to start a process of removal of the inequalities.
