- Objetive: To know the undergraduate students' opinions related to the sexually explicit materials. The author used an opinion survey with a sample of 842 students from three Peruvian universities. Results: 1) Women support pornography censorship laws while men tend to support regulations oriented to protect children (p.05). 2) The hypothesis research was confirmed: there is a relationship between undergraduate students' opinions in favor of information freedom and the present exposition to sexually explicit material (p.001). 3) 28% of the surveyed students is in favor of the publications censorship, of them a higher percentage of women showed this position 33.3% vs. 23.8% (p=.002). 4) The "Censorship/Rejection" subscale showed a high reliability (a=0.7961), while the "Liberality" subscale showed a moderate level (a=0.5312).
