  • ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FPEB) at the Indonesian Education University, which is seen from unemployment at the Indonesian Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) according to the highest education level in 2018-2020 which is still not stable. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on entrepreneurial intentions by mediating creativity. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FPEB) of the Indonesian Education University (UPI) in 2018 as many as 635 students. By using a random sampling technique, a sample of 244 students was obtained. The method used is survey research and data analysis technique, namely path analysis. The results showed that: (i) emotional intelligence was in the medium category, spiritual intelligence was in the medium category, creativity was in the low category and entrepreneurial intentions were in the high category. (ii) emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect creativity. (iii) creativity variable mediates the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on entrepreneurial intentions.
