Pengembangan Job Sheet Reception Check-in sebagai Receptionist di Front Office Department

- This study aimed to produce a reception check-in job sheet that has been developing as a guide for students to practice. The method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) using the PPE model. PPE model consists of three stages, Planning, Production, and Evaluation. The results showed that the job sheet development planning was carried out with a needs analysis. Needs analysis has been done when researchers conduct PPL at SMK Negeri 9 Bandung through online interviews. The results showed that the reception check-in job sheet was available but not under the job sheet structure and components, therefore the job sheet needs to be developed and validated till the developed reception check-in job sheet is proper to use. Expert Jugdment (feasibility test) in the development of reception check-in job sheets conducted by curriculum experts and front office material experts. Based on the results from curriculum experts included the category of "very feasible" with a total average score of all aspects from two experts at 88.5%. The results from material experts in the "very feasible" category with a total average score of all aspects from two experts at 94.77%. The results showed that the development of reception check-in job sheets "very feasible" used as a guide for students when conducting reception practices on front office subjects that are following the SOPs of the front office department.
