The government has made various policies to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, one of which is compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol in the community. The design of this study used a quantitative correlation method with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total of 98 people. Collecting data for the measurement of the independent variable of anxiety using the HARS questionnaire and the dependent variable of compliance using a Likert scale questionnaire. This study used chi square statistical analysis with p value < 0.05. The results of the study were 34 respondents (34.7%) experienced mild anxiety, 48 respondents (49.0%) had moderate anxiety, and 16 respondents (16.3%) had severe anxiety. Meanwhile, 59 respondents (60.2%) complied and 39 respondents (39.8%) did not comply with the Covid-19 health protocol. Based on Chi Square statistics, it can be said that there is a relationship with Covid-19 health protocol compliance in the community of RT.03/RW.02 Keniten Village, Ponorogo District with statistical test results p value (0.000) < (0,05). The results of this study are expected to add information so that people do not feel anxious by increasing compliance with the implementation of the Covid-19 health protocol to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
