- ABSTRACT Nafilah Amalia Syahida (18221766) with the title Village Government Efforts in Empowerment Through BALI Drinking Water Business (Banyu Mili) in Paringan Village, Kec. Jenangan Kab. Ponorogo. The purpose of this study was to find out how the village government's efforts in empowerment through the BALI (Banyu Mili) drinking water business. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with interview and documentation techniques. Data obtained through interviews, and documentation. The research location is in Paringan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency because, Paringan Village is one of the villages in Jenangan District which has a Drinking Water Business called BALI (Banyu Mili) which was established in 2021 by utilizing natural resources that have always existed, Development The drinking water business is a Village Government effort in terms of empowering village communities as evidenced by the employment of Paringan residents as employees of the BALI Drinking Water Company management, the existence of Paringan residents who are selling agents for BALI drinking water and also generate village income. empowerment through drinking water business in BALI (Banyu Mili) is interesting to study. The researcher obtained this data and information from several informants including the Head of Paringan Village, Head of the BALI Drinking Water Business, one of the BALI employees, the Director of BumDes, and one of the residents of Paringan Village who sells BALI drinking water. From the results of research in this field, it can be concluded that, the efforts made by the Paringan Village Government in empowering the BALI drinking water business here are to provide support for the program that has been established by BumDes and provide investment capital to support the development of the BALI drinking water business.
