- The research with the title Analysis of Educational Level of Apparatus in Village Development aims to determine how the influence of education level of apparatus in village development. The education system in Indonesia includes many levels of education. The level of education is a long-term process that a person takes to be organized in entering the world of work and creating experts. In this research, the method used is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in one of the villages in Siman District, Ponorogo Regency, namely Manuk Village. In Manuk Village, there are 9 village officials who have different levels of final education. Which means that the education level of village officials in Manuk Village is not equal. With the majority of the final education level is high school or equivalent. With these different educational backgrounds, several problems arise regarding the performance of village officials. Based on the results of the research, the level of education of the apparatus does affect the performance of the village apparatus, because the village apparatus who has completed high school education or the equivalent must master information technology so that they can work optimally.
