- This study aims to provide a re-planning of the factory layout using the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) and CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques) methods. This research is a descriptive survey research where data is collected by interviewing those who understand the whole process and the required data. The results of the layout design using the CRAFT method have a total displacement moment of 3,388,270 meters/month, the total material handling cost is RP. 29,071,357,-/month, and has an irregular flow type, while SLP has a total displacement moment of 3,093,558 meters/month, the total material handling cost is Rp. 26,542,728,-/month, and has an irregular flow type. Therefore, the proposed layout that can be used as a re-planning at the Tunas Subur Pacitan Plywood Factory is the proposed layout of the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning).
