  • ABSTRACT Based on other study research conducted that employee performance is one of important factor in the company. But contradiction phenomenon shown that performance level in PT. Faycent Wahana Telekomunikasi have a descrease of performance caused by high workload and incresing stress level who happened to employees especially for promotor division. Decreasing performance employee can caused by some factor including internal and eksternal factor from their company. This research aims to analyzed workload, work stress and Disiplinary level of employee to performance level in PT. Wahana Telekomunikasi Madiun. Based on this research found that workloud and work stress have a negative and significant effect to performance level, another result shown that disiplinary level have a positf and significant to performace level. The company should decreasing workload and work stress level alsoimproving the diciplinary habits to increasing performance level of employee in PT. Wahana Telekomunikasi Madiun.
