  • This thesis is entitled Workload and Non-Physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable, which aims to determine the effect of Workload and Non-Physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention at Viebeeshop Ponorogo with Job Satisfaction as the Intervening Variable. The method used in this research is quantitative with the data source from distributing questionnaires to employees. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondents, with the number of samples equal to the number of respondents (saturated samples). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction. (2) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. (4) Workload has a positive effect on Turnover Intention. (5) Non-Physical Work Environment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention. (6) Job Satisfaction can be an Intervening Variable for Workload on Turnover Intention. (7) Job Satisfaction failed to mediate the Non-Physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention. (8) Simultaneously Workload and Non-Physical Work Environment have an effect on Turnover Intention.
