PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM ABSENSI FINGERPRINT, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN

- The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance, work motivation, and leadership to the work discipline of employees of PT. Wings Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the data of PT. Wings Surabaya. The object in this study were 45 employees of PT. Wings Surabaya. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, seen partially with the t test shows that: 1) fingerprint attendance does not affect employee work discipline, 2) work motivation influences employee work discipline, 3) leadership influences employee work discipline, 4) Next in influence test simultaneously with the F test shows that fingerprint attendance, work motivation and leadership have a significant effect on employee work discipline. The results of these studies are expected to be beneficial to all parties, especially in improving employee work discipline.
