- This research aimed to determine the influence of the organizational culture on teacher performance with environmental leadership style as a moderating variable. The object of this research is the teacher of SMPN 1 Slahung. The number of samples used in this research as many as 39. Data obtaining methods used are observation, interview and quitioner. Analysis methods used with simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis The results of simple regression that there is significant and positive effect of the organizational culture on teacher performance of SMPN 1 Slahung. The result of moderated regression analysis indicate that leadership style can’t be moderating variable on the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance.
