- The aim of the research is to analyze the activity of Aliansi Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (APPA), a network was established by a number of NGO’s in jepara regency which have concern to women’s problem. This research used an analytical descriptif method. The result of this research show that in order to create gender equality as well as gender justice, APPA gives advocacy to the victims of domestic violence. The establishment of this network can increase effectiveness of advocacy that they have done. But, there are some obstacles. In internal come from the financial factors and participation of members.
