- Application of rate services system for academic grade information by SMS(Short Message Service) using Delphi 6.0 program has been designed and realized. This system can help server to control rate in reply. This system develop a set server as SMS Gateway that integrated with database InterBase Server. Delphi as software which used in port connection and InterBase programming. SMS Gateway that was made consisted of a set computer which connected with handphone server. The result was a set computer which able to decrease rate 500 rupiahs for an reply. The request from user that no saldo, will not proceeded. This system was used as services system for academic grade information by SMS. All of saldo changing could monitored by computer.
