- Centrifuge is a device used to separate a solution with a different molecular weight by centrifugal force driven by a motor, which spins liquid samples at high speed. Using the principle of centrifugal separation where the object is rotated horizontally at a certain distance. While variable time spent 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 9 minutes and 12 minutes. oil volume results in a maximum variable which is 12 minutes at 3300 rpm rotation showed more oil voulome 28.58% at variable coconut milk that has been formulated rhizopus oligosporus. The things that affect the results of the lab is the accuracy at the time of the separation of oil from three sediment that is, oil, kanil (coconut cream) and water.
