  • The need for organizational change has become a necessity in today's era of competition is very competitive. In organizational change, the first consideration should bring appropriate changes to everyone in the organization before turning his attention to the changes in the non-human parts of the organization, but to prepare employees in the face of these changes has not been seen as the main focus in the change process. Successful organizational change in an era of rapid change include technology, globalization, uncertainty, unpredictability, volatility, shock, turbulence, and discontinuities begin with, and dependent on, changing the consciousness of those individuals who are employees of the organization. Awareness of these individuals should be prepared as early as possible including the readiness of employees to prepare the five factors that most affect the success of organizational change that Self Efficacy, Wellness, Appropriateness, and Individual Valence.
