  • Standard precautions is an important part of Infection Control and Prevention (PPI) applied in hospitals and other health - service facilities to measure the service quality and prevent patients, medical staffs, families and other visitors from infected risk because they are hospitalized, work and visit a hospital or other health-service facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors relate to implementer nurse's obidience on the application of standard precautions at RSUD Banyumas. This is a cross-sectional research with 148 respondents of implementer nurses. The data analysis uses univariat analysis, bivariat analysis; pearson correlation test and multivariat analysis use double linear regretion test. The test result shows a correlation between work safety climate, leader support, management commitment and information to the adherence of applying standard precautions with OR value 0,436 means 43,6% of adherence of standard precautions application is affected by work safety climate, leader support, management commitment, and information. The rest 56,4% is described by other variables. The conclusion of this study is there is a correlation between work safety climate, leader support, management commitment and information to the adherence of standard precaution application.
