- This study aims to to analyze the level inequality of income between each district in pekalongan regency. The Inequal of income can be seen on the value of Gross Domestic Bruto (GDP) that has different value between each district. There were 19 districts in pekalongan regency that used in this research. Which each district have the different number of income. The method to analys the data that be used in this research was regression of data panel with eviews 8.0. The result show there are disparities income in pekalongan regency that can be seen from the value of GDP from each district which being inequality and even have the significan gap between each district. Both variables influence to inequal income in pekalongan regency which variable is Growth and Employment.
