- Had been hade medical information system of hospital with MySQL and Borland Delphi 7.0 program it’s has been made. This function is handle record keeping of patient. This system use database MySQL and application with Borland Delphi 7.0. Result from experiment shows that medical information system give information about data of the patient in hospital and totally cost have payment from patient after get service.
