Stroke is one of emergency case because it can threatening life so that it needs an urgent intervention with an accurate and fast diagnosis using noncontrast CT Scan as gold standart. Faster the diagnosis is made then faster the intervention is given, so the outcome of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients which is measured by Barthel Index are better. Methods : This study is an observational analytic study with kohort retrospective design, with 27 non hemorrhagic stroke patients as a subjects. Collecting data using medical records. The data presented in tables and analyzed using Kruskal Wallis, One Way Anova and Chi Square tests. Results : Of the 27 non-hemorrhagic stroke patients who got diagnostic test using non-contrast CT Scan in Kariadi Hosipital’s Emergency Department were examined, the study showed that the lack of association between time of reading CT Scan’s result, age, gender, onset admission drugs and rehabilitation with outcome (p>0,05). Conclusion : Time of reading CT Scan’s result, age, gender, onset admission drugs and rehabilitation is not associated with outcome in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients.
