- The monitoring of the speed and the direction the wind is usually done from the short distance, therefore was needed by the monitoring from the long distance for time efficiency. In this implement mikrokontroller AT89S51 was used as the manager of all the data system will be put forward to Borland Delphi 7 afterwards after that were sent through the SMS. As well as was used by the censor optocoupler to chop up the round of the wind speed and declined the wind direction, Moreover was used a mobile phone to send the data that was received periodically. The processing system of the data used IC Mikrokontroler AT89S51 that was programed with the language assembler through the Reads program 51. The data interfacing to the computer with programming Delphi 7.0 through the communication system serial to be put forward to the computer and was kept in the storage media of the data (harddisk) afterwards was sent via the SMS. To this equipment was produced by the programming interfacing went through Borland Delphi 7.0 with displayed the wind speed data and the wind direction. Each kind of data reading will be kept in database and this data will be sent via SMS periodically.
