- This research aims to measure the leadership style applied in Palupi Craft. A company in the field of the batik bag and leathers craft industries. The company owner did not know the right style of leadership as what is used for this , development of the companies incerases in relatively short period of time . The research is written with a method used Multi Factor Leadership Questioner for the all employees. In the analysis is used in this research uses statistic descriptive The results of research show that the leadership that used Marthania in operating companies during these past five years, to the dominant leadership transactional, Which this style has succeeded bring Palupi Craft develop and become a brood of business potensional.
