- Tumbu Sugar is one of the industries that exist in Rembang Regency and the owners who own this industry are spread in some districts. The district has the highest number of Tumbu Sugar enterpreneurs is Sulang District. However, it is Pamotan districts output is almost doubled the Sulang Districts output with less number of enterpreneurs. This make the Sulang district enterpreneurs income are lesser than Pamotan’s. The purpose of this study is to determine whether age, education, number of workers, entrepreneurs, capital and land area affect the tumbu sugar entrepreneur’s income in the Sulang district of Rembang regency. The analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS software 18. The dependent variable of this research is income, while there are four independent variables, such as age, education, number of workers, and capital. The data that used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by the result of interview with relevant parties, and secondary data is obtained by some books and literature from variety sources. The results showed that of the five independent variables in the regression equation, there are three variables that significantly influence the income entrepreneurs tumbu sugar, which is the amount of labor, capital, and land area. While age and education had no significant effect on the income entrepreneurs tumbu sugar.
