- The background of this research is based of the reduction of employees’ performance in PT. Indosat Tbk Semarang, caused by human resources which is the central role of organization in every company. To get a good management activity, a company has to own the intelectual and high skill employees, yet the effort to manage a company optimally to increase employees’ performance. As many as the employees who have high performances, the whole productivity of company will increase, so that the company will be survived in open global competition. The purpose of this research is about knowing the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and discipline at work to employees’ performance of PT. Indosat Tbk Semarang. Applying the questionnaire method with using e purposive sampling technique to 97 correspondent, they are the permanent employee of PT. Indosat Tbk Semarang. The variable results of work motivation, job satisfaction, discipline at work have the positive impacts to the employees’ performance (Y). The score of Adjusted R Square is 0,537. Therefore, it is concluded that the whole independent variable ability to explain the variety of dependent variable is 53,7% affects to Y variable. And the rest of them is 46,3% affected by other unexplainable model regression
